At Tri Manor Motel, we have rules for the
safety and enjoyement of all our guests.

Alcohol consumption by persons under legal age is not allowed anywhere on the property. There is no comsumption outside of your room.
If you drink until you're stupid, you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

Illegal drugs or activities will not be tolerated anywhere on the property.

Because of insurance, we must ask that you use the BBQ grills where they are. No wood fires allowed in any of the grills. No grills allowed in the front of the motel.
Small pets are permitted but may not be left unattended in room. It is pet owners responsibility for any damage.
